Gary Atkinson

Gary Atkinson joined Algorhythm Holdings, Inc. in January 2008 and served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In May 2012, Mr. Atkinson was appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. For the last 13 years, since taking over as Chief Executive Officer, Gary has led the strategic direction of the company focusing on ground-breaking product innovation, profitability and brand positioning. Gary led the acquisition of SemiCab, Inc. in July 2024 and has repositioned the Company into an AI-focused logistics and transportation technology company. Mr. Atkinson is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and Georgia. He graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and has been awarded a dual-degree J.D./M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Weatherhead School of Management.
